The project seeks to create multiple spaces of collectivity through different types of collective forms.

The city ground is an open plan for free movement created through vaults. The idea is to create a volumetric space to draw in the city. A hierarchical language is assigned to each vault resulting in horizontal and vertical manipulation of their sizes. Between each vault intersection is a core that becomes a space, such as a stairwell or cafe, or remains a point (column).

The roof takes an interest in both the Classical Athenian Agora and the central amphitheater. The topography created allows for single or multiple collectives and accommodates various programs that fit the New Bureau of Interdisciplinary arts (sculpture garden, performances, projected movies).
